No experience necessary! These are all-level beginners' classes, with a fun group learning dynamic. The
basic philosophical premise of Yoga is introduced and we work on foundational poses, breath support and
fundamental moves. Conditioning and becoming familiar with descriptive language and spatial orientation
are emphasized. We take a variety of approaches, ranging from vigorous to passive. These are great
after work classes.
Wednesday 12:00-1:00pm Mixed-Level 1
12:00-1:00pm Lisa Ray
This mixed-level class is designed for the lunchtime crowd interested in taking a real break from their
workday. New beginners through advanced practitioners are welcome.
Friday 10:45am-12:15pm Mixed-Level 1
10:45am-12:15pm Chris Hoskins
This is a basic mixed-level class with room for new beginners through advanced practitioners. It is a nice
way to conclude the week. Ideal for people with flexible schedules, students and stay at home moms
with kids in school.

Saturday 9:30-11:30am Mixed-Level 2

This intermediate mixed-level class is currently the most challenging on the schedule. We work on
intermediate poses, more advanced approaches and transitional moves and their breath support. The life
Yogic philosophy breathes into asana and how asana breathes into life are more deeply explored. The
emphasis is on cultivating the adaptive nature of the practice.
NOTE: Participation in this class requires experience, conditioning, a strong familiarity with fundamentals
and an established capability in the basics. It is appropriate for experienced beginners who practice
regularly, but not for new beginners.
Studio Yoga 6 Ongoing Classes
