Facilities

The studio has lots of natural light and a beautiful, clean bamboo floor with a wonderful feel.  The space is
open 20 minutes before each scheduled class to allow time to change; if possible, arrive dressed for
practice.  


What You Need for Class

Wear sweat pants, shorts or biking shorts so that you have freedom to move your hips and legs.  Also
wear a comfortable tank top or t-shirt.  Make sure your stomach is empty and be prepared to take class in
your bare feet.  To end class we do relaxation laying down flat on the floor, during this pose your body
cools down.  If you tend to be cold, bring sweat pants, a sweatshirt or sweater and socks to keep warm.  

Yoga mats, straps and blocks are provided.  If you have a mat and a preferred strap and/or block, you are
welcome to use them.  Please silence cell phones and pagers.  Bottled water is provided.


Parking, Location & Public Transportation

Limited parking is available in back of the building.  There is also ample parking in the immediate area with
no significant restrictions.  Click the map link below for exact location and driving directions.
Studio Yoga 6 is within a 10-minute walk from A. C. Transit bus lines 9, 19, 51, 72, 72R & 72M.  
The studio is also a secure bike locking location.
